30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

  • Returned with all included parts/accessories (if any)


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Used or worn items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

  • Final sale / clearance items (if marked as final sale)


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.

We will resolve it as quickly as possible by offering:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (when applicable)


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of purchase.

After that, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
