All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available).


Estimated Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

7–9 business days

Total estimated delivery time:
2 business days handling + 7–9 business days shipping
= Approximately 9–11 business days total

Shipping Costs

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package has been dispatched.


Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Pursona is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
